L'Oréal infallible 24hr foundation review

Hey guys, 

So recently I got the new L'Oréal infallible foundation ( I know I only put a pic on my instagram today but I have had no signal all week) which I got in the lightest shade 015 porcelain. 

   

Now this foundation claims aswell as 24hr wear no transfer, no visible imperfections, no visible shine, no dry-out and no mask effect. 

Now I do think it could potentially last 24hrs obviously I don't wear it that long but aslong as you didn't do too much exercise or something with it on I think it could last. Next it claims no transfer now this one i believe is true obviously to a extent as everything is transferable depending what you do with it. 

No visible imperfections is one of the statements I was most looking forwards to try as I don't have bad skin but I don't have the best skin and I have quite big pores so my aim with a foundation is to cover most things now this foundation does give good coverage it makes your under eyes brighter and your skin become more even toned but if you have a lot of redness it doesn't cover it fully to the stage that it's not majorly noticeable but to a extent aswell as any spots it gives some coverage but I still had to use a full coverage concealer on top to get the coverage I wanted. 

Then it says no dry out and no mask effect which I think are pretty similar things now it is quite a not hydrating foundation but it doesn't dry your skin out if anything it does hydrate and it doesn't look cakey in any form or like a mask which I think is one thing no one wants which is a cakey face so with this foundation you have got it covered. 

So overall I think this is a really good medium/full coverage foundation which has a lot of potential to last a very long period of time as it doesn't come off easy throughout the day therefore I highly recommend it.

Feel unique - pick & mix

Hey guys, 

So today I'm going to be explaining what the FEEL UNIQUE PICK & MIX  I have read and seen a few people talking about this so I thought I'd try it out myself.

Feel unique pick & mix is a way to try out high end samples, you can pick 5 samples a month and only pay £3.99 for shipping. Basically it's a win win situation as you get to try out high end products before buying the full size version and only pay for the delivery.

 

 So first of all I got all makeup products.

 

So first of all I got the Nars luminous wightless foundation. Now this is a little to dark for me so I have been mixing it with my daily foundation and I can say it is a very watery foundation but it does have good coverage and is easy to blend.

 

Then I got the bioderma makeup remover. It is a deep cleansing make up remover micellar water and it really does remove makeup fast. 

 

 

Next I thought I'd try the Nars orgasm blush. Over the years everyone has been raving about this blush so as I saw the sample I thought i would jump on the band wagen and try it and may I add I really like it. It is a light pink colour which is very shimmery and is nice to use as a transition from your bronzer to your highlighter.

 

 Next I tried the nude by nature perfecting concealer in ivory. Which luckily enough I did manage to get the right shade in. Now I have used this for a few days and it has roughly a medium coverage but leaves it natural looking and not Cakey. 

 

 

Next I got the still aqua glow foundation now they did send this with three shades but I have only tried the shade fair light which I wouldn't say is light because I'm pretty pale but it was very dark on me so I yet again mixed it with my normal foundation and it adds a very nice glow to the skin as well as it been very watery and easy to blend.

My dance top tips

Hey guys,

So today's post is a bit different now I dance, not that any of you probably knew, but I do ballet, tap and modern. If anyone dances I'm currently doing intermediate and grade 6 ballet and intermediate tap and modern. Now onto my tips 

 

• Now this one only stands for if your on pointes but making sure shoes fit can apply to anyone. Now I have soft pointes and pointes and making sure you get them fitted right is key. Now they do expand after using them for a while so make sure there not super tight when you buy them but aren't to spacey as they will expand a little bit not masses but enough to make them less comftable.

• Next stretch at home, if you go weeks without stretching especially if you are getting older you will start to find it harder if you stop stretching.

• Try to keep a good posture.

• Don't make excuses why you Carnt go to class, if you Carnt make it do some stretches at home to make sure you have done something similar to your class.

• Smile, if your doing a show look as though you are enjoying it and if your doing a exam you will get extra marks if you smile and do performance.

• Don't doubt yourself even if you Carnt do something practice makes perfect is the good old saying which really works if you don't keep trying you might not be able to do it but if you persevere it make take a while but you can do it.

Revolution strobe highlighter review

Hey guys, 

So today I thought I would do a review on a highlighter everyone has been raving about recently. So I got the MAKEUP REVOLUTION STROBE HIGHLIGHTER in the shade FLASH  now I've seen some reviews or some people loving this and some people hating this, so I thought I would share my opinion on this.

  

 

So first off this highlighter claims to 'capture the light' and give 'natural illumination' now this highlighter will capture the light but natural illumination is a maybe. If you put it on lightly then yes but it also says 'buildable' which if you do do will be blinding. 

  

Now this is a beautiful white/silver shimmer which looks amazing on the skin, it is buildable into a very strong silver. I have found if you build it too much tho it does show a little bit of texture on the skin. 

Also the packaging is very causal on the outside but when you open it the highlight is packaged in a wave like form, which personally I find very effective.

My go to drugstore makeup

Hey guys, 

So today I'm going to be going through my favourite drugstore makeup everyday look. 

 

So I start off with the foundation I use every day which is the RIMMEL MATCH PERFECTION FOUNDATION it is a really nice natural medium coverage every day foundation 

 

Now for my favourite probably ever concealer geeez the coverage though is amazing.  So if you want a not too expensive good concealer get the COLLECTION LASTING PERFECTION. ( just going to add £4.19 what is even the point in that 19p) 

 

Next I set my face with my running out RIMMEL CLEAR COMPLEXION TRANSLUCENT POWDER which I really really like to use just to set my face and leave the house 

 

Then as I love to contour I use the COLLECTION CONTOUR KIT which is such a nice mid toned brown which actually blends really nicely 

 

Now my favourite step geezzz everyone was raving about this highlighter so I thought you know what let's try it and oh my goodness I would recommend this to anyone it is so beautiful and so pigmented so honestly go buy the REVOLUTION STROBE HIGHLIGHTERS 

 

Next onto mascara which finishes every look now this mascara is actually one that I love and actually do use all the time along side my benefit roller lash. RIMMEL WONDERLASH is a nice lifting, lengthening mascara ( btw I don't have a fake as it says wonderfull not wonder lash I just bought mine from America ) 

 

Now I have this lip which I have raved about in a few posts which is the NYX INTENSE BUTTERGLOSS In chocolate crepe which is a lovely warm chocolate brown

My skincare routine

Hey guys, 

Doesn't everybody loves good skincare routine ? Well I have finally got mine how I like it were it actually works on me. 

So first off I get a cotton pad and my go to GARNIER Micellar water to remove my makeup. I use this every night and it does the job. 

 

Next if I'm feeling it which sometimes times I generally do do just not everyday, so if I do do it I take the CLEAN & CLEAR deep cleansing lotion which I also use on a cotton pad. 

 

After that I take my absolute life saver which I use twice a day and it really works it has literally saved my skin. I highly recommend the FREEDERM gel. When it says erase pimples it really does it. 

 

After that I take the SIMPLE kind to skin hydrating light moisturiser which I mean what more can I say? It just works, which I use twice a day.

 

Also in the morning before I put on my moisturiser I sometimes use the SIMPLE kind to eyes revitalising eye roll-on, which does acctually brighten your eyes.

My go to school makeup

Hey guys

So today's post is on the makeup I wear pretty much everyday for school. 

  

So first off I prime because you don't want to do pe and then it all come off. So I use the trusty benefit porefessional which has the nicest feeling on the skin as it has silicone in.

Then we have the trusty Rimmel match perfection foundation which is a medium coverage which is great for school. 

 

 

After that I take my trusty collection lasting perfection which I sometimes use on its own if I don't feel like wearing foundation 

 

 

After that I make sure it is all set with the RIMMEL translucent powder 

 

 

Then I take the ever so famous NARS laguna bronzer and give my face some dimension

 

 

Then I add some highlight which is my beloved Mac soft and gentle 

 

 

Then I believe no look is finished without mascara so I add my current favourite benefit roller lash ( don't know why but it wouldn't so it's at the bottom of this post)

 

 

Then brows because I mean my brows are not the fullest so I take the benefit ka-brow in shade 3.

 

 

I then set my brows with benefit ready set brow
